The Barossa is known for its food. People used to bake in wood fired ovens to cook meats, breads and vegetables.  There are excellent butchers, and bakers in the region. There is a growing food production sector.

Lunch / morning tea

Morning tea will be at the Springton Herbig Tree.

 

Lunch will be held at Chateau Tanunda with platters of local barossa foods including mettwursts, cheeses, locally baked breads, vegetables, pickled foods, relishes and grape juice.
